We install, repair, and maintain temperature- and humidity-critical storage systems, refrigeration equipment for temperature-sensitive food and laboratory applications, and commercial air conditioning and heating systems.
Our services include central packaged rooftop and split air conditioning systems from 1 to 300 tons; heating boiler systems from 1,000 to 1 million BTU; DX cooling; chilled- and hot-water hydronic systems; overhead VAV systems and unit ventilators; and air- and water-cooled chillers and cooling towers from 50 to 500 tons.
Solutions for Government
We retrofit existing systems from traditional pneumatic controls to direct digital controls (DDC), convert building HVAC systems to central building energy management, and install energy-efficient Trane equipment with central and remote control through Trane Tracer systems. To support green building initiatives, we also add variable frequency drives (VFDs) to high-load equipment—such as cooling towers, chillers, hydronic pumps, and major air-handling motors—to reduce electrical energy use.
